Hey everyone my name is Danny. Currently I am Defiance Boardsports. I’ve been a avid snowboarder, surfer, wakeboarder, skateboarder, windsurfer, and dogboarder since the early 90’s. Last winter I picked up my first standup paddle board or “sup” from a shaper in Toronto. That was the end of it I became hooked right away. The balance and fitness training provided can not be beat. And heck it’s fun. It opened my eyes to a whole new world of possibilities for the midwest. So to keep that going I started Defiance. My goal is to make standup paddling available to everyone who enjoys some time one the water. Even if you live in landlocked Minnesota.
Please bear with me through all of the growing pains the will be sure to happen. Everything is new to me, this is my first business and my first attempt at building a website.
